The Swedish property company Mandamus AB said today (28 May) that it had signed a letter of intent to divest its properties in Karlstad, Sweden.
The transaction with the property company Klovern AB is to comprise 12 commercial properties of a total of 41,200 square metres and the preliminary sales price is set at SEK260m, Mandamus said.
