Two of the lead engineers on the runway expansion at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport have left the firms that handled that project to open a local office of R.W. Armstrong & Associates Inc., an Indianapolis-based consulting and design firm staffed by 120 employees nationwide.
With the opening of their three-employee office at Burke Lakefront Airport, William Barley and Dan Petno said they hope to tap into a Northeast Ohio market that had not been successfully reached by Armstrong's Columbus branch.
