LINX, which is owned jointly by Norwegian State Railways (NSB) and Sweden's SJ, introduced on June 16 an improved passenger service between Oslo and Stockholm using X2000 high-speed tilting trains. The travel time between the two Scandinavian capitals has been reduced by more than one hour to 4h 50min, and the number of daily departures increased from two to three in each direction.
