Sao Paulo bets on technology parks.

Sao Paulo state is betting on technology parks, where there are companies playing in creation, production and development of new projects, making use of services offered by park manager, and supported by universities. The first parks will be based in Sao Carlos, Campinas, Sao Paulo and Sao Jose dos Campos.
