CHRYSALIS IS an interesting media mini-conglomerate on the brink of major change. It has interests in TV, music publishing, radio and books but the end game is almost certainly to finish up as a radio group, which is the fastest growing part of the business.
But it is just too small in each of these areas as the group currently stands. It owns the Heart and Galaxy radio stations and recently bought the LBC speech station in London in a sector that is going to go through major consolidation.
