Legendary performer B.B. King, who turns 78 this fall, will headline the sixth annual Madison Blues Festival on Aug. 23. It is King's third time as the fest's headliner.

That announcement Wednesday completes the main stage lineup for the festival at Olin Park, which will be held Aug. 23-24 -- a Saturday and Sunday, departing from previous years when the festival had a Friday and Saturday schedule.

Before King's headlining set on Aug. 23, guitar wizard Jeff Beck will perform. Also on the Aug. 23 bill are New Orleans' funk ...
