The federal Progressive Conservative party is holding its national meeting and leadership convention in Toronto, on May 29-June 1, 2003. The six declared candidates for leader are Andre Bachand, Scott Brison, Peter MacKay, David Orchard, Jim Prentice, and Heward Grafftey.
