Apr. 22--BEAUMONT, Texas--Seaport vulnerability remains a major concern for law enforcement almost 18 months after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the U.S., and the ports of Beaumont and Port Arthur are awaiting an answer for their requests to upgrade security.
