Photographs by Nicky Johnston Ten days ago, the Prince of Wales hosted a dinner at his Highgrove estate, at which were gathered the great and the good from the world of British cooking. The chefs included Jamie Oliver, Marco Pierre White, Gary Rhodes, Brian Turner, Rowley Leigh and Mark Hix.
