Liverpool chief executive Parry says co-owner Hicks' demand for his head is 'offensive'

Liverpool's civil war escalated Friday when the Premier League club's two American owners clashed over the future of the chief executive.
Reds CEO Rick Parry described co-owner Tom Hicks' demand for his resignation Thursday as "offensive" coming so soon after the team reached the Champions League semifinals.
Arriving for work as normal Friday at Anfield, Parry said he is yet to see the letter from Hicks calling on him to quit and that he only knows of its contents from media reports.
